My necklace hangs longer lol (bye neck fat!).
My rings are almost falling off my fingers and I
need a new belt. I have become happy with cheese, nuts & strawberries as snacks. Food is not #1 on my mind as much, I think about doing other things instead of eating. I feel much better about myself and my smile is not accompanied by a hanging chin!! That was my pet peeve & now it's poof!! Bye Bye!!
On another note I haven't eaten so creatively with veggies all my life!! I'm really enjoying it!

Thank you so much for doing this. This challenge has definitely kept me focused on my health, and it will continue! I love the way I feel, I want to continue to work on becoming healthier for me! I’ve grown spiritually as well and focusing on taking better care of my temple that God blessed me with. My meditations with God have grown stronger and I’m so thankful
My Goal is to focus on putting myself in the best possible health. As far as weight, my goal weight is 150, and I will get there! As far as spiritually, I want to continue my daily meditations with God and focus on what I promised God, to take care of my temple!
My non-scale victories are looking better and feeling better about my appearance, friends/family telling me that I look good and losing weight!
